It seems like it takes a long time, but the work will stick and have a lasting effect. Making sure that you are building quality is worth it. When it comes to social media, has the best suggestion for you. I would recommend that you trim the list by stuff that is still relevant and valuable to your operation, and ditch the rest. You need to know what these programs do prior to asking for strategy and approach further down the line. Just reading it was a giant waste of time! You have no idea what you have and how to use them. I would first start by filtering that list. Really you have to decide what you want to do, and I would recommend using an approach that takes advantage of the tools, but not fully relying on automation and spam unless thats your only option. I think option B takes longer, but it can be better because you are not working so hard against the social network you are spamming. However, not focusing on having huge numbers, but quality accounts that stay alive and grow big. If you have safe ways to automate / increase exposure, it is good to use them since after all thats how this works for guys like us. However, it means running them by hand, or with semi-automation. It doesn't mean not to have multiple accounts, and multiple niches. Therefore people usually make up for that with numbers. If you take the automated spam route it usually is hard to have real, good looking accounts. If you are making spammy accounts that don't have alot of effort into them, you do need alot of accounts since they usually don't make much, and get banned more often. It can be tricky because alot of people, including me sometimes our first idea when doing social media is lots of fake profiles.
